On February 12, 2026, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Mfantseman, Hon. Eric Stanley Acquah, continued his tour of health facilities within the Municipality. The visit formed part of ongoing efforts to familiarise himself with facility operations and identify challenges affecting effective healthcare delivery.
During engagements at the Nkwanta CHPS Compound and Eshirow CHPS Compound, Hon. Acquah was taken on a guided tour of the facilities and held discussions with health professionals on their operational needs. He assured staff of his commitment to addressing their concerns to enable them work more efficiently and effectively in serving their respective communities.
It was further observed that both communities have new health facility projects currently under construction which require additional support for completion. In response, the MCE encouraged community members and health workers to sustain their dedication toward improving healthcare delivery and pledged his support to help facilitate the successful completion of the projects.
