The Mfantseman Municipal Assembly, led by the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Eric Stanley Acquah, joined the Member of Parliament for the Mfantseman Constituency, Hon. Dr. Ebenezer Prince Arhin in an engagement with the leadership of the Mankessim Traders Association.
The engagement provided an opportunity to ascertain the challenges confronting traders in the course of their business activities, as well as to address concerns and clarify issues relating to the recent adjustment in market tolls by the Municipal Assembly.
The occasion also afforded the Hon. Member of Parliament the opportunity to cut the sod for the commencement of the rehabilitation of selected market sheds.
The engagement forms part of ongoing efforts by the Municipal Assembly and other key stakeholders to strengthen collaboration with the business community, improve market infrastructure, and create a conducive environment for economic growth and local commerce.
The Mfantseman Municipal Assembly remains committed to working with all stakeholders to promote development, enhance service delivery, and improve the livelihoods of residents across the Municipality.
