The electoral area-based clean-up exercise organized by the Mfantseman Municipal Assembly continued today in the Egyaa Electoral Area on February 03, 2026, as part of ongoing efforts to promote environmental cleanliness and public health across the municipality.
The exercise brought together members of the security agencies; Nananom, the Hon. Assembly Member for the area; unit committee members; municipal assembly staff; officers from NADMO; and residents of the community, demonstrating strong collective commitment to community development and sanitation.
During the exercise, the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Eric Stanley Acquah, used the opportunity to encourage residents to maintain regular clean-up practices in their communities as a proactive measure to prevent disease outbreaks and improve overall living conditions.
Hon. Eric Stanley Acquah commended all participants for their dedication and urged stakeholders and community members to sustain the initiative in order to build a cleaner, healthier, and more resilient municipality.
