The 2023 Fourth Quarter Budget Committee Meeting was held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at the Assembly Hall of the Mfantseman Municipal Assembly.

Key among the items discussed were the 2024 Program-Based Budgeting (PBB) and the 2024 Composite Budget. These were both presented by Ms. Bagaya Faiza Ibrahim, a Budget Analyst of the Mfantseman Municipal Assembly.

Following the presentation of the key items listed above, the were subjected to further deliberations and later recommended for approval. The entire Budget committee unanimously approved the proposed 2024 Program-Based Budgeting (PBB) and the 2024 Composite Budget for onward discussions by the Executive Committee.
