As part of activities to mark the New Year and in fulfillment of a personal vow to God, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the Mfantseman Municipality, Hon. Eric Stanley Acquah, hosted members of the clergy, widows, orphans, and other vulnerable persons from across the Municipality.
The programme, held at the Conference Hall of the Mfantseman Municipal Assembly, brought together beneficiaries from various communities within the Municipality. The event was attended by Hon. Assembly Members and representatives of various media houses operating within the Municipality.
Addressing the gathering, Hon. Eric Stanley Acquah reflected on progress made within the Municipality and expressed appreciation to stakeholders for their continued support and collaboration. He also emphasized the importance of unity, compassion, and collective effort in advancing the development agenda of the Municipality.
As part of the programme, the MCE presented assorted items, including pieces of cloth, bags of rice, and cash donations to the beneficiaries as a gesture of support and goodwill for the New Year.
Hon. Eric Stanley Acquah further appealed to the clergy and beneficiaries to continue praying for and supporting efforts aimed at promoting peace, development, and improved living conditions across the Municipality.
The event highlighted the importance of social inclusion, community support, and shared responsibility in building a caring and prosperous society.
