On 19th February 2026, the Mfantseman Municipal Assembly continued its electoral area-based clean-up exercise in the four electoral areas of Anomabo as part of ongoing efforts to improve environmental sanitation within the municipality.
The exercise brought together traditional authorities, traders, security agencies, Assembly staff, Assembly members, and other stakeholders. Their active participation demonstrated a collective commitment to promoting a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents.
The Assembly Members in Anomabo were commended for effectively mobilising their electorates, which contributed to the successful organisation of the exercise. The impressive turnout highlighted the community’s readiness to support sanitation initiatives and collaborate with the Assembly in addressing environmental challenges.
